Neltume

Neltume is a mountain village in the commune of Panguipulli. Neltume is to an hour from Perehueico Lake. Last summer I was with two friends camping near the river Fuy, this place is a small village where you can explore the native forest. In this place you can find very beautiful touristic places such as Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve, the Peterman brewery , and the beautiful hotel located in the woods called "The Magic Mountain".
As I mentioned earlier, the most thing that I liked was the mountain-shaped hotel It was really beautiful. Though I only saw it from outside since it was very expensive to stay there.
Another place that I liked was the Peterman brewery and its restaurant wherw I dran the most delicious craft beer and ate “pizza a la piedra” I would say is the most delicious pizza I've eaten so far.It was expensive but worth it. I hope to return someday and know many other places which I did not know it.

Swimming: A good choice

Swimming is one of the most advisable sports that all people can practice. First of all, swimming, as any sport, offers healthy benefits. This sport constitutes an excellent therapy in cases of rehabilitation or functional problems.  The great swimming’s advantage is which joints and muscles are moved without having to bear weight since the risk of injury or damage is minimal. Since all muscles work with resistance, swimming makes an harmonious muscle development. Therefore, swimming has benefits such as prevent cardiovascular disease and maintaining lower blood pressure and cholesterol level. In addition, swimming can be practiced just for fun or as a competitive sport. These are some of the most known swimming styles: backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and crawl. However if you swim as dog styles or whatever, also you have a great time. Finally, swimming is the most recommended and accessible sport for every age. The only equipment needed if you want to swim is a swimsuit; however, there are some accessories that can also be used as ear plugs, nose clips, goggles, swim caps and so on. Swimming can be practiced in a swimming pool or anywhere with the enough depth. Swimming is an individual sport it does not need other people to practice it, which is a great advantage. Since swimming is a complete sport, just need to practice twice a week. In short, as I said before it is a soft and complete exercise since it keeps the whole body in working order and also improves flexibility. The only thing that you need is the desire to do it; you will not regret since it is a relaxing, fun, and healthy sport. If you are persevering and practice at least two times a week, in a short time you will see changes both physical and state of mind.

Juvenile Delinquency

In the social sphere, one of the possible solutions to Juvenile Delinquency is psychological counseling to families of young. In this way, the families would have skills to support them. In addition, with psychological help the parents would know how they have to do. although this measure could be effective as a first family guidance, the young people have a lot of chances to improve their life.

Another possible solution to juvenile delinquency is provide government support through state rehabilitation centers. Government  support through state rehabilitation centers. These rehabilitation centers can provide economic and psychological support since many times the economic factor is one of the reasons for juvenile delinquency. However, the problem of these rehabilitation centers is that if young people do not want to be there the treatment will not be truly effective.

On the other hand, sport can be a great opportunity to change the young people life as an example with the football since the sport needs discipline. Sport is a healthy way of rehabilitation.

My work experience

Even though I have had just 3 jobs, my work experience has been very pleasant. The first time that I had a job was as a point of sales promoter in a department store called "Falabella". I was selling backpacks and sports bags (Extrime-Saxoline)." As I said Before, it was my first job and I really do not remember how I found this work, I think it was a friend who told me about the job but I'm not sure.it  was long ago.  When I went to the interview I was very nervous, But the person who made me the interview was very nice and after talking for a moment I felt more relaxed. The interviewer just asked me things such as age, if I had children, where I lived, if I lived with my parents and things like that. After a few questions she told me about the salary, working hours, the store where the company needed a person and the interview finished. Some days later she called me and I started to work.  I really did not have much work, for this reason I had plenty of time to meet people from other sections of the store. Though I earned minimum wage I liked to work there because I made many friends there. Moreover after work we often were going to a bar called "Fifth Avenue" which was near to "La Alameda.” It was a great year.  As a first work experience, it was very good.
My second job was in store called “preunic”. I worked as saleswoman for a cosmetic laboratory called “kadus”. I sold thing such as body lotions, shampoo, depilatory wax, soap, and so on. Even though the products were for massive public and had a low cost, I had a good salary, but also had a lot of work. The best of this job was I met one of my best friends and also the salary. On the other hand, the worst of this job was working all day standing and the public's attention because it is very stressful. I worked in that place for two years.
My last and current job is in a supermarket. I work as a packer. This work is not like other since I don’t have  contract and I choose the days when I want to work and last and most important is that I don’t have  salary; my wages are tips that people give me.

Backpacking Holidays!

first of all, I must say that I love to travel ...

I would like to tell you somethings about my experience as a backpacker. the first time I went to backpacking vacation  in south of Chile; I went with 4 friends. It was a memorable trip since it was the first time that I traveled as a backpacker. We were in many places as Arauco Cañete, Valdivia, Niebla, Pucon, Temuco and others places. We met many people, one of those people was a French backpacker we met him at a campsite located in Pucon. The French backpacker had traveled almost all of South America. I remember that the French (I do not remember his name) liked to drink wine with coke (jote). Another of the great moments of that trip was the night when we were in "La semana Valdiviana", especially in "La fiesta de la chaya" it was very funny.

On my second trip we went to Iquique and Arica, but also was the first trip abroad. My two friends and I took a bus in Iquique and traveled over 12 hours to La Paz-Bolivia. We were in several cities in Bolivia such as Coroico, Copacabana, Isla del Sol among others. The best thing about this trip was that everything was very cheap, food, lodging, transportation and everything. we were about a month.

My last trip was to the south of Argentina to a place called San Martin de Los Andes. The trip was more difficult because it was complicated, we had to walk for several hours to cross the border. however it was a great adventure even though we had many difficulties.
